This product, crash pads set r19 puig mounting set including sliders, is a Puig original product. This product was originally placed on the vehicle when the vehicle was assembled at the Puig factory. The original crash pads set r19 puig mounting set including sliders product number is 20450N. This product also appears on Puig's original exploded views and thus points to the OEM product. In addition, the Puig 20450N has the following specifications;

Elke set crash pads is individueel aangepast aan het respectieve motorfietsmodel. De afmetingen zijn zo gekozen dat de kussentjes pas na de voetsteunen neerkomen, smaller zijn dan het stuur, het frame, de tank en de kuipdelen van de motorfiets beschermen, alsmede de knie van de rijder.
De gebruikte schroeven en materialen hebben verschillende sterkteklassen. Bij zware valpartijen of stoten absorberen de bouten een groot deel van de botsenergie op vooraf bepaalde buigpunten. Dit beschermt ook de schroefdraad van het frame en de motorbevestigingspunten.
De R19 crash pads worden geleverd met een grijze rubberen kap. Voor een individueel kleurontwerp biedt Puig de rubberkappen ook in andere kleuren aan voor montage achteraf.
